3. Non‑Defective Items

A non‑defective item is one that arrives in perfect condition but the customer wishes to return for personal reasons (wrong item ordered, changed mind, etc.).

• The item is unworn and unused

• The item is in original packaging

• The item is free from exposure to water, perfume, hairspray, lotions, or chemicals
